Class re-union

My classmates TM 36A- KTQD 1994-1998.
So, we have graduated for 8 years. And at this time 12 years ago, we entered college. Time flies fast, doesn't it?

Those were the days, when we were more innocent, with big dreams, bright hope and lighter responsibility, when we come to school everyday to chat and have fun. They (and me) were young then. Not now, we are coming to 30-something, most of them are married, some have children. Perhaps some enjoy life, some are frustrated with life but they all know they could never be 20 again.

Isn't life crazy? When we were young, we thought we didn't have freedom since we lack many things: money, a stable job or sometimes, a lover. When we get older, we still feel lack freedom because there're many constraints tied us down: family, kid, wife, job, shattered dreams, old memory etc.
And a mid-life crisis is often coming sooner than we thought and not everyone is ready for it. How can we find truly happiness and freedom in this life? Of course, this is a silly question because there's no answer for everyone. But perhaps, everyone should think and find his/her own answer. Before it's too late.

Those were the days, my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we'd choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days, oh yes, those were the days
