Cần sớm hoàn thiện luật pháp theo hướng trao cho người đại biểu dân cử những công cụ pháp lý sử dụng được một cách đơn giản, thiết thực và có hiệu quả trong hoạt động giám sát và phán xét các chức vụ hành pháp, mà chất vấn là một hình thức của hoạt động đó.
